Imagine the enjoyment we have in a theater watching our favorite movie. Many a time we are transported to another world as we forget the real world and all the 'real' troubles that were tormenting us. In that imaginary world based on the projections on a screen, we can be easily taken for a ride through a spectrum of emotions from joy to fear to hope. Hence it should awaken us to recognize our transgressions of natural laws and make us aware of better options inn dealing with our desires. Basically it is an alarm to slow down. If we heed to this natural early warning system, our physiology is spared from a complete shutdown.

Without going into the details of the symptoms of Depression, it is obvious form the name that when one feels run down and low in energy, we need to be prepared for drastic changes in our life. One has to be sure that healing is ingrained in our systems. We only need an environment to heal ourselves.
